What is available to rent?

How do I apply to rent?
Online on our website only. Click HERE, find the property you are interested in and click submit an application. -
Can you hold a place before I apply?
No. We will only accept a non-refundable deposit once an applicant has been approved. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. We require the first month’s rent and security deposit up front. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18. -
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Once an application is approved the deposit will be become nonrefundable. However the security deposit does become refundable upon move out. -
Are there dog breed restrictions?
Yes. Pets are allowed in most houses but not apartments. The following breeds and/or mixes are restricted and subject to change at any time.

Who needs a cosigner?
Applicants that do not meet our income or rental history requirements. -

Who is responsible for the appliances?
We do not provide appliances in homes. If a previous tenant left appliances at the home you are free to use them as long as you would like. If one breaks however you would be responsible to replace. You can then take your appliances with you if you move. We will not be responsible for spoiled food. Typically appliances are provided in apartments and Rent Depot does handle the maintenance on them. -
How do I pay rent?
Online through your renter’s portal or with cash as multiple locations such as Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens, and Casey’s General Stores. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
If you have a pet or want to get a pet or service animal, you must a complete a compliance screening from https://rentdepot.petscreening.com -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Have them contact us. They must qualify on their own for you to be removed from the lease. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Submit a written move out request through your online portal.
